Who We Are?
Since the inception of the NDIS in 2013, the company’s director, Christian, embarked on a comprehensive journey within the disability sector. Starting as a support worker, he worked his way up and served in diverse roles, including rostering officer, HR and compliance manager, and a care coordinator.
With an innate capacity to resolve complex challenges, engage in advocacy for both providers and clients, and his unwavering dedication to addressing these issues, coupled with his wealth of experience and expertise of the NDIS sector, Christian founded Ability Care Direct.
Throughout my career, I couldn’t help but recognized common challenges faced by disability service providers that no one seemed to be talking about it. With these glaring but easily solved issues in mind I became passionate about finding people to discuss these concerns with while pioneering a new path forward that better meets the needs of NDIS participants and their families.

CHRISTIAN, Director
Christian has been working in the NDIS sector since its inception having studied a Diploma of Community Services and set to complete his Bachelor of Business Management in 2025 at Australia’s premier University Monash in Caulfield.
SHARON, HR Manager Registered Nurse
Many people told me not to study because it would be a waste of my time however, it empowered a greater sense of Independence and knowledge that I now utilise to provide quality supports to NDIS participants and respite for their family.
